TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT 1. All payments must be made only in Indian Rupees. 2. Transaction charges levied by the payment gateway provider will be added to the amount payable to the school and must be borne by the payer. 3. All rules, including those related to fees, as detailed in the School Almanac or on the website, shall be applicable. 4. Any fees or charges deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach the school?s bank account after one working day. It is the sole responsibility of the payer to ensure that fees/charges are deposited on time. Delhi Public School shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of such payment due to any reason beyond its control. The School shall also not be responsible if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card provider for any reason. 5. Fees/charges deposited through the Payment Gateway shall be considered successful only if the payer receives an email or SMS acknowledging the payment. All applicants are strongly advised to retain the acknowledgment for future reference. Emails may sometimes be delivered to the Junk/Spam folder; hence applicants must check all folders thoroughly. 6. In no event shall the School be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site or any website linked to it, or the material or information contained in such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory. 7. The School does not guarantee the availability of the Online Payment System. Delhi Public School shall not be responsible for any delay in fee submission due to non-availability of the system. Payers are advised to submit fees/charges well in advance. 8. Privacy Policy: a) Delhi Public School considers the protection of your personal information important and shall take necessary care to safeguard your privacy. b) By accessing the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of use. The School follows strict policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and adheres to best practices to protect it. 9. Refund/Cancellation Policy: a) Multiple Payments: In case an applicant deposits a fee multiple times through the same or different modes, the refund of the additional amount (after deducting payment gateway charges) shall be at the sole discretion of the School. b) Such refund cases will be processed after verification of the receipt and will be returned through NEFT.
